BIOligo performs high-efficiency and high-quality oligonucleotide synthesis using a state-of-the-art DNA and RNA synthesizer. Many double-stranded modifications are successfully applied, and the products are subjected to RPC or HPLC purification processes.

Dual labeled oligonucleotides are delivered in a lyophilized (dried) form. Keeping freeze-thaw cycles at minimum and at 20°C you can store modified oligonucleotides for up to 6 months. As fluorescently labeled oligonucleotides are highly sensitive to light, minimal exposure to light is recommended. Freeze-thaw cycles can reduce the efficiency of DNA probes.
