Sanger Sequencing
Sanger sequencing is a DNA sequencing method based on the random incorporation of chain-terminating dideoxynucleotides by DNA polymerase during in vitro DNA replication. With sanger sequencing method, we can sequence purified or non-purified PCR products or plasmids up to 550 bases in single direction and up to 1100 bases in dual direction. Samples can be sent to our facility pre-mixed with your sequencing primer, or you can choose from one of the universal primers for sequencing. We can synthesize your sequencing primer (for an additional fee) and store it at our facility for later use. We also provide data analysiss on demand.
