BIOligo performs high-efficiency and high-quality oligonucleotide synthesis using a state-of-the-art DNA and RNA synthesizer. Many fluorescent and non-fluorescent modifications have been successfully applied, and the products are subjected to RPC or HPLC purification processes.

Modified oligonucleotides are delivered in a lyophilized (dried) form. Dissolved modified oligonucleotides can remain stable for up to 2 weeks at +4^oC degrees. Keeping freeze-thaw cycles at minimum and at 20°C you can store modified oligonucleotides for up to 6 months. As fluorescently labeled oligonucleotides are highly sensitive to light, minimal exposure to light is recommended.
