DNA Oligonucleotide/Primer Synthesis
- BIOligo performs high-efficiency and high-quality primer synthesis using a state-of-the-art DNA and RNA synthesizer. The synthesis process is carried out in the room cleaned with the best quality chemicals in the world, and 192 oligonucleotides can be synthesized at the same time with >99% efficiency. Orders from researchers and clinicians are processed on the same day and delivered within 3 working days after the synthesis and purification process. Oligonucleotide orders up to 115 bp in length are produced in 25 nmol, 50 nmol, 100 nmol and 200 nmol scales, and delivered to you following desalting, RPC or HPLC purification stages depending on your preference.
- BİOligo is able to produce oligonucleotides with degenerate bases with high efficiency and delivers them to you without any price difference. Oligonucleotide sequences containing inosine base are priced depending on the number of inosine.
- DNA oligonucleotide orders are delivered in a lyophilized (dried) form. The amount of TE buffer or RNase/DNase-free water required to obtain a 100 micromolar stock solution is reported to you in the production report. While lyophilized oligonucleotides can be stored at room temperature for up to one month, they can be stored at higher temperatures up to +4oC for a longer shelf life (up to 1 year). Dissolved oligonucleotides can be stored at -20oC for up to 6 months. Freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided and oligonucleotides should be stored in small portions in order to avoid loss of productivity.
